How to Consume?

Direct Consume

  • Enjoy 1 tablespoon (approximately 20g) of honey directly

Made into Drinks:

  • Mix 2 tablespoons (approximately 40g) of honey with 1 cup (about 300ml) of water
  • Do not use a metal spoon

CAUTION: Unsuitable for children under 12 months old.
