All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates:

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Flat rate: RM10 for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia. Free shipping for orders above RM200 within Peninsular Malaysia.

Shipping to Sabah, Sarawak, and Brunei: RM25.

Shipping to Singapore: RM35. Purchases above SGD400 shipped to Singapore may be subject to customs tax. Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Local delivery

RM15 for same-day local deliveries within selected areas in Klang Valley and Penang. Free local delivery for orders over RM200. Additional charges may apply for locations outside the Klang Valley area.

Local deliveries are made everyday between 12pm - 8.30pm. We will contact you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout to confirm delivery details. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Singapore and Brunei. For other countries, please reach out to us at hello@junglehouse.com.my or our live chat for enquiry. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jungle House is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
