1. Storage/Packaging
1.1 How should I store my honey to maintain freshness?
All the honey should be stored at room temperature and shaded from direct sunlight to keep it at its best texture. Keep it away from places that attract ants because honey contains natural glucose and fructose.
1.2 My honey is hardened and crystallised. Can I still use it?
Crystallisation occurs because of the natural qualities inside. The raw sugar in honey (glucose and fructose) will bind together and begin to form little crystals, which make your honey hardened. It is still edible even when honey crystallises. If you need that flowing golden liquid, place crystallised honey in a warm water bath of about 40°C (100°F) for 15 minutes or more until the crystals dissolve and the honey liquefied.
1.3 How long can we keep the honey once opened?
Honey is a naturally antimicrobial substance, meaning if it is pure, no harmful microbes can grow in the honey, and it will stay safe to consume forever. Even if the honey changes in colour and taste after some time, it is still safe to consume.
1.4 What type of bottles are you using, glass or plastic?
We are using glass for mini honey and plastic for raw honey.
1.5 How can I recycle the empty bottle?
We have a Bee Green program where you can return empty bottles to any of our stores, and you will be rewarded with Bee Points. 25 Bee Points are for mini honey bottles (glass), while 50 Bee Points are for premium, daily, squeezy and juice bottles.
2. Consumption
2.1 How much should I take everyday?
We encourage you to consume 15g to 30g daily (1 to 2 tablespoons) to see health benefits in 60 days.
2.2 What type of spoon should I use when I drink honey?
We encourage you to use a wooden spoon to scoop the honey.
2.3 Can infants below 1 year old consume honey?
Jungle House honey is all-natural, and we do not sterilise honey at high temperatures to maintain its natural flavour and nutrition. Bacteria called Botulinum are present in nature and may be mixed in honey. Babies under 1-year-old are not yet matured in intestinal function and have fewer intestinal bacteria to digest honey, resulting in the danger of developing botulism when fed with honey. When intestinal systems grow after one-year-old, honey can be consumed easily.
2.4 What honey would you recommend if I am a first timer towards Jungle House?
We suggest you buy our Signature Honey Variety Pack, which contains eight different natural flavours of mini honey inside a box. You can try out the other flavours before deciding which one you prefer when you buy the daily or premium in the next purchase. All raw honey we sell is naturally harvested without artificial flavouring or preservatives. Hence it is safe to consume.
2.5 Can diabetic patients consume honey?
Yes, diabetic patients can consume honey but with controlled consumption. Although our honey is not sugar based, your health is still our priority at all times. The recommended daily volume is one tablespoon or one small cup of honey juice. We would recommend Royal Black for diabetic patients.
2.6 Can pregnancy takes honey?
Yes, we can always take honey during pregnancy. We highly recommend Royal White, which can help pregnant women to relax and have a good rest. This supports healthy baby development in the womb as well.

Local country orders take 1 - 3 business days to be delivered to you, and we ship within 1 - 2 business days.
International orders take 5 - 8 business days to be delivered, and we ship within 1 - 2 business days.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Free shipping within Malaysia for any orders above RM100
RM10 for orders below RM100 within Malaysia
Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country.

5.1 How to join the membership?

5.4 Will my membership expire?
The membership tier will not expire nor be downgraded. You will stay at the same level forever after reaching a particular tier.
5.5 Will my Bee points expire?
Yes, the Bee points will expire in a year if no activity is performed in the membership account. Activity here refers to any changes to the points in the membership account, for example, purchasing products, leaving a review, following and sharing our social pages etc.
Example: if customer A
Purchase RM100 (x2 bees) on 1/1/2021: 200 points
Purchase RM200 (x2 bees) on 1/4/2021: 400 points
Leave a review on 7/4/2021: 50 points
The total 650 points will expire on 7/4/2022.
5.6 How to check my BEE points?

5.7 What would happen to my BEE points if I asked for a product refund?
If you request a refund, the system will automatically deduct the points.
5.8 How to claim and redeem rewards with BEE points?
Step 1: Log in to your membership account and then click the Membership widget icon
Step 2: Members will see a Beehive Rewards logo on the bottom left of the page
Step 3: Click Get Rewards and choose the product that you would like to redeem
Step 4: Click Redeem and click "tick"
Step 5: The system will generate a promo code
Step 6: Show staff your promo code to redeem your product /key in the promo code while redeeming through the website
5.9 How to check the rewards I had claimed in my rewards wallet?
It will appear in the Widget or customer account under REDEEM indicated promo code.
5.10 When is the expiry date after the rewards redeemed in my account?
After you redeem the reward, the reward will be kept in your account for 30 days. You have to spend the reward within 30 days. If not, it will expire and no longer be valid.
5.11 Can I redeem more than one reward in a single transaction?
One reward is only applicable in a single transaction.
5.12 Is there any minimum spending in redeeming the rewards?
There is no minimum spending while redeeming the rewards in the membership program unless there is a T&C stated.
5.13 Are rewards exchangeable for cash or refundable if there is any unused balance?
Rewards are not available to exchange for cash and refund for unused balance.
5.14 What is my member’s birthday benefit?
You will receive an RM20 voucher on your actual birthday. The voucher will be sent to your email account with a promo code. You can use the promo code to redeem anything in our retail or online stores. Just show our retail staff the code in the email or key in the promo code while checking out from the online store.
5.15 How can I be entitled for my birthday rewards?
Update your birthday date in your membership account under Update Profile to enjoy the reward.
5.16 When is my birthday reward expired?
After you redeem the birthday rewards, the rewards will be kept in your account for 30 days. You have to spend the tips within 30 days. Otherwise, it will expire and no longer be valid.
5.17 How many BEE points will I get from recycling Jungle House’s bottle?
You could return the bottle to our retail stores. The BEE points for each are stated below:
Mini Honey bottle (glass): 25 BEES for each
Raw Honey bottle and Jungle Juice bottle: 50 BEES for each
NOT accepted for paper box, paper bag, plastic bag, Beautea packaging, wooden stirrer, paper cup, plastic cup, carton box.
5.18 How do I subscribe/ unsubscribe email from JH?

6. Other Issue
6.1 I can't see the latest promotion

2. At the top right, click More.
3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

2. At the top right, tap More.

6.1.3 In Chrome, iPhone & iPad
Before clearing cache & cookies
When you clear your cache and cookies, your browser might sign you out of your Google Account. To make sure you can sign back in, update your recovery phone number and email address.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app.
2. At the bottom, tap More.
3. Tap History > Clear browsing data.
4. Make sure there’s a check mark next to "Cookies, Site Data," and "Cached Images and Files."

Delete history, cache, and cookies
To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
