Do I need to register to shop?

We advise you to register with us to help speeding up the ordering process for you, as we would already have with us your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and payment status. By registering, you automatically collect 2 Point for every RM 1.00 you spend!

 

How do I place order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our  store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method, we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

Just click on forgot password and we will email your password to your registered email address.

If you still do not receive an email, write to sales@junglehouse.com.my and we will assist you promptly.

 

By registering, will I automatically receive updates on new arrivals and any ongoing sales and promotions?

No,  unless you sign up to our newsletter. By signing up, you will be the first to know of our new products, exclusive discounts, promotions and flash sales.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

Our customer service representatives are more than happy to help you. You may contact us via live chat, email us at sales@junglehouse.com.my.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

  1. i)  Offline Banking (Bank Deposit

  2. ii)  Online banking (FPX)

iii) Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)

All our payment gateways capture payments in Malaysian Ringgit. If your card’s currency is other than Malaysian Ringgit, you may be subject to a currency conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.

 

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we won’t process your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel selected items. If you wish to proceed with cancellation, we can only cancel the whole order. Kindly note that all refunds for cancellation will be in terms of credit note.

Unfortunately, cancellation can't be made once your order has been processed and shipped out.

 

When will you process my orders?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days.

For orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday will be processed accordingly and shipped on the next working day.

 

How to Returns and Exchanges?

Jungle House Brand Promise: DELICIOUS HONEY

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty or incorrect upon a delivery - we offer 100% return and exchange.

  • Timing: we have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

  • To be eligible for a return regarding on the taste, goods must be undamaged, must not be consumed more than 15% and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • For returns, please email support@junglehouse.com.my with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the return's parcel.

  • If the return is approved, then it will be processed and the exchange goods will be processed shortly after.

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally in Malaysia and worldwide.

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 1 - 3 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within

    1 - 2 business days.

  • International orders take 5 - 8 business days to be delivered and we ship within 1 - 2

    business days.

  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • Free shipping within Malaysia for orders above RM150

  • RM10 for orders below RM150 within Malaysia

  • Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

What is the difference between Premium Raw Honey and Regular Raw Honey?

Premium Raw Honey is concentrated essence with lower humidity, being vacuum and almost equivalent to the nutritious of 2 bottles Regular Raw Honey even both Premium & Regular are same weight.

 

How to consume your Raw Honey (just recommendations)?

1) Premium: Consume directly

2) Regular/ Basic: Making Honey Juice/ Any replacements for sugar (breakfast/ yogurts/ oat/ coffee/ desserts)

 

Is Jungle House’s honey natural wild honey?

Our Royal White and Royal Black are natural wild honey.

Premium 500g – 1 Tea Spoon Daily (approx. 1.5 months)

Regular 500g – 1 Tea Spoon Daily (approx. 1.5 month)

Can I pick up my order at Jungle House office?

Yes, You can.

 

Does Jungle House have a Halal Cert or Jakim?

We don't have a Halal Certificate or Jakim yet. However, all of our products are alcohol free and pork free.
