Job Description
• Collaborate with the team to plan the work output in store.
• Consistently exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining costs and avoiding wastages.
• Manage daily operations activities such as cashiering, making of beverages, opening and closing of the store, and daily counting of stocks while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Capable of solving any issue and providing support and guidance to the team.
• Ensure stores are compliant with operational standards, company policies, regulations, hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Able to handle different types of responsibilities within the job scope.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in store or any relevant experiences preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
• Possess self-confidence and ability to actively interact with customers
• Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
• Energetic, positive and responsible attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays. (6 days per week)
