Jungle House Brand Promise: Satisfaction Guaranteed

At Jungle House, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all products. Returns are eligible if:

  • The item is in its original condition, or

  • Less than 15% has been consumed

You can also visit any of our retail outlets for an immediate exchange. Exchanges can be made for the same item or another item of similar value. If the selected item is of higher value, customers will need to pay the price difference.


How to Start a Return (Online Orders)

To request a return, simply email us at  hello@junglehouse.com.my  or reach out via WhatsApp. Please include:

  • Your order details

  • A brief explanation

  • Photos of the item

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for returned products in original condition. After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified. If approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

All returns are subject to evaluation by our team. Please note:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

  • Products consumed more than 15% will not be accepted
