- 1 tablespoon (15g) honey scooped directly into mouth.
Made into Drinks:
- 2 tablespoons (40g) honey in 1 cup (400ml) water.
- Do not use a metal spoon
CAUTION: Unsuitable for infants under the age of 12 months.
