Do you offer international shipping outside of Malaysia?
At the moment, we can only ship to Singapore. For shipments to other countries, please contact our customer service to confirm the logistics arrangements.
For shipments to Singapore, purchases over SGD 400 will be subject to customs tax.
What is the estimated shipping time?
Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 1–2 days after dispatch. For East Malaysia, delivery may take up to 7 days. International shipping is estimated at 5–7 working days after dispatch.
How much is the delivery fees?
West Malaysia:
• Orders above RM 200: FREE DELIVERY
• Orders below RM 200: RM 10 for normal shipping or RM 15 for local delivery (applicable for cakes and juices only)
East Malaysia & Brunei:
• Fixed Rate: RM 25
Singapore:
• Fixed Rate: RM 35
