Jungle House’s Brand Promise: Satisfaction Guaranteed / DELICIOUS HONEY!

Your satisfaction is important to us! We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy for all Jungle Raw and Jungle Dessert products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be in its original condition from when you received it. The item must not be consumed by more than 15% (pictures for proof required) and you will need to show the receipt as proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at hello@junglehouse.com.my and explain your request. Our team will evaluate the request and revert to you as soon as possible. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and explain to you next steps. Note that any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages / Incorrect Order

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item is received. We will evaluate the issue and fix it immediately.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All returns are subject to the evaluation and decision of Jungle House. All gift cards cannot be returned. The return policy only covers Jungle Raw and Jungle Dessert products. Products that have been consumed more than 15% (actual consumption to be determined by Jungle House) will not be accepted. Kindly get in touch if you have more questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to first submit a return request, return the item once request is accepted, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you after we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you if the refund request was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it might take a few days for your bank or credit card to process and refund the payment.
